DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 1 through 5, 7 through 14, 16, 17, 23 through 26, and 28 through 30. The subject matter on appeal is directed to glass fibers having a dried residue of an aqueous treating composition on their surface.
