It follows that we cannot sustain the examiner's rejection of claim 10. For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 8 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Johnson in view of D'Angelo is affirmed with respect to claims 3 and 4 and reversed with respect to claims 1, 2, 5 to 8 and 10.
