Claims 23 through 25, 28 through 30, 33, and 35 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Krieg in view of Zimmerman. Claims 32 and 34 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Krieg in view of Zimmerman and Mori.
