In that regard, it is our opinion that the metes and bounds of the terms used in the claims on appeal (e.g., emotional distance, behavior type category, etc.) would be known with a reasonable degree of precision and particularity in view of the teachings of the originally filed application disclosure as it would be interpreted by one possessing the ordinary level of skill in the pertinent art.
