                identified a reason for combining the teachings of these two particular references, he                                       
                has not explained how those combined teachings would result in the primers specified                                         
                by the claim. In our judgment, the only reason or suggestion to combine the references                                       
                in the manner proposed by the examiner comes from appellants’ specification.  On this                                        
                record, we find that the examiner has not met his burden of establishing a prima facie                                       
                case of obviousness.
