               II.  REJECTION                                                         
               Claim 2 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as                       
          unpatentable over Legler in view of Getman.                                 
               On consideration of the record, we reverse the examiner’s              
          rejection and enter a new ground of rejection under the                     
          provisions of 37 CFR § 1.196(b).
