Appeal No. 1997-0538 Application No. 08/262,168 (Filed Jan. 22, 1992) Larsen, Jr. et al (Larsen) 5,350,466 Sep. 27, 1994 (Filed Jul. 19, 1993) The appealed claims stand rejected as follows: (1) Claims 13 and 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicants regard as their invention; (2) Claims 8, 13 and 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) as anticipated by the disclosure of Kim; (3) Claims 8, 13 and 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by the disclosure of Larsen; (4) Claims 1 through 4, 7, 8, 13 and 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over the disclosure of Kim; and (5) Claims 1 through 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over the disclosure of Larsen.
