Appeal No. 1997-1812 Application 08/055,382 Claim 34, the only other claim remaining in the application, has been indicated by the examiner as being allowable if rewritten in independent form to include all the limitations of the base claim from which it depends and any intervening claim. Claim 2 has been canceled. Appellant’s invention pertains to a turntable for installation into a building. The turntable comprises a plurality of modular pie-shaped panel units cooperatively assembled to define a rotatable floor surface of circular shape. Independent claim 1, a copy of which is found in an appendix to appellant’s brief, is illustrative of the appealed subject matter.
