          Consequently, we cannot sustain the rejection of claims 19,

                                     CONCLUSION                                       
               The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1 through                
          6, 9 through 15, 18 through 22, and 25 through 28 under 35                  
          U.S.C.                                                                      
          § 103 is reversed.
