THIS OPINION WAS NOT WRITTEN FOR PUBLICATION DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s refusal to allow claims 1, 2, 6, 8 through 10, 13, and 14 which are all the claims remaining in the application. THE INVENTION The invention is directed to a photocurable composition sensitive to visible light and near infrared radiation comprising 100 parts by weight of a polymerizable unsaturated compound, 1-40 parts by weight of a metal arene, 0.05-20 parts by weight of a squarylium dye and 0.1-20 parts by weight of selected N,N-dialkylaniline sensitizers. THE CLAIM Claims 1 is illustrative of appellant’s invention and is reproduced below. 1.
