rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by
Kubota. 2

Examiner, we make reference to the brief and the answer for
the respective details thereof.
OPINION
2Although the final rejection recited a rejection of all
claims (then 1-41) over each of the three references, the
answer (pages 4 and 5) has restated the rejections as applying
each reference to certain claims.
