          4. Claim 8 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being                   
          unpatentable over the teachings of Todome, Okada, Hube, Wolfe               
          and Flurry.                                                                 
          5. Claims 12, 14, 20, 21, 23 and 29 stand rejected under                    
          35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of                 
          Day and Hube.                                                               
          6. Claims 13, 15-19, 22 and 24-28 stand rejected under                      
          35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of                 
          Day, Hube and Wolfe.
