Appeal No. 1998-2045 Application 08/402,374 The disclosed invention pertains to a liquid crystal display device wherein data signals are supplied to the liquid crystal cells through a plurality of field effect transistors arranged in a plurality of picture elements. The invention is primarily directed to details of the field effect transistors. Representative claim 23 is reproduced as follows: 23.
