Therefore, we shall also sustain the examiner's rejection of claim 41 under 35 U.S.C. §
102(b).
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 25, 27-31, 34-36, 39-41
and 49 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and claims 26 and 42-48 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be
extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
