The claims stand rejected as follows: I. Claims 1, 3, 10 and 12 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Elia, Laurencin and Schacht. II. Claims 2 and 11 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Elia and Laurencin. III. Claims 4 and 13 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Elia, Laurencin, Schacht and Lee. We reverse all three rejections.
