DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the decision of the examiner refusing to allow claims 11 through 19, which are all the claims pending in this application. THE INVENTION The invention is directed to a fluidizable cracking catalyst comprising crystalline zeolitic alumino silicate and modified alumina. The modified alumina is prepared by reacting hydrated alumina with an aqueous solution of a monocarboxylic acid having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.
