Appeal No. 1998-1181 Application No. 08/442,883 Appellants also note the Examiner's admission that “Blair fails to show the cellular system storing a plurality of home SIDs.” In regard to the Examiner's contention that Appellants fail to claim “means for automatically selecting a carrier frequency as a home carrier” (Examiner's emphasis), Appellants point out that the suggested limitation is irrelevant as the claims specifically relate to home SIDs (Appellants' emphasis). In addition, Appellants assert that the claims include selecting a “cellular carrier” as opposed to simply displaying information, and that the word “selecting” in Krolopp refers to the action of actually designating a particular system for use.
