DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the examiner’s final rejection of
claims 1, 2, 4-8, 10-18, 21 and 22, which are all of the
claims remaining in the application.
THE INVENTION
The appellant’s claimed invention is directed toward a
method for producing a smooth supporting surface for a data
bearing film and toward an apparatus which includes such a
