The 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) rejection of claim 4 as being unpatentable over Edwards in view of Szczesny, Edmonds, Bremer, Gibson, Moriya and Watson We shall sustain the standing 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) rejection of claim 4 as being unpatentable over Edwards in view of Szczesny, Edmonds, Bremer, Gibson, Moriya and Watson since this claim stands or falls with claim 1. V. The 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) rejection of claims 1, 7, 8, 12, 14/1 and 31/1 as being unpatentable over Sipos in view of Szczesny, Edmonds and Bremer Sipos discloses a process for preparing a buffered bile acid (UDCA) composition for ingestion by mammals to treat a variety of medical ailments.
