                           For the reasons set forth in the body of this opinion, we reverse the rejection of                                             
                  claims 1 through 12, 18 and 19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103, as well as the rejections of the                                                  
                  claims under the first and second paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. § 112.  In addition, we raise                                                 
                  two issues for the examiner’s consideration upon return of the application.
