Claims 1 through 30 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Byun or Ehinger. However, the rejection of claims 11 though 30 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 has been withdrawn by the examiner (answer page 5) because, according to the examiner, all of the limitations of the claims cannot be examined due to the problems relating to the 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph rejection. Rather than repeat the arguments of appellants and the examiner, we make reference to the briefs and the answer for2 the respective details thereof. OPINION We have considered the rejections advanced by the examiner and the supporting arguments. We have, likewise considered appellants’ arguments set forth in the briefs.
