                               DECISION ON APPEAL                                
              This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final             
         rejection of claims 1, 2 and 4 through 15.  Claim 3, the only           
         other claim pending in the application, has been indicated to           
         contain allowable subject matter, but is objected to as                 
         depending from a non-allowed claim.                                     


              We affirm and add new grounds of rejection under
