                  35 U.S.C. § 103 does not address the above noted deficiencies with respect to the                                                       
                  rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 102.  Therefore, we will not sustain the rejection of claims 4, 6                                           
                  and 7 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.                                                                                                            


                                                                  CONCLUSION                                                                              

                           To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1-8 under 35 U.S.C. §                                              
                  103 is reversed.
