DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of
claims 1-29, all the claims pending in the instant application.
The instant invention discloses a device for selectively providing audiovisual
signals from one of a plurality of audio/video sources to input receiving circuitry of the
device. Appellant’s Specification, page 3, lines 22-25. The device includes a memory
for storing channel map information for correlating a plurality of channels to the
audio/video source corresponding to each channel, a switch for selectively connecting the
