                    This appeal was taken from the examiner's decision rejecting claims 5 through                   
             27, 29 through 32, 34 through 37, and 39 through 42, which are all of the claims                       
             remaining in the application.                                                                          


                                                   The Invention                                                    
                    The invention relates to an improved rotavirus vaccine for man and animals, and                 
             further comprises a method of immunizing humans, particularly children, and animals                    
             against rotavirus infections by parenteral immunization.  The immunization may be
