We reference the Examiner’s Answer for the 2 Examiner’s reasoning in support of the rejections and 3 4 Appellant’s Brief and Reply Brief for Appellant’s arguments in favor of patentability Mizumura teaches a powder coating composition containing (a) a compound having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, (b) a polyester or acrylic resin having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 7,000 and an acid value of not less than 20 having at least two carboxyl groups, and (c) a specific quaternary nitrogen-containing compound as catalyst for a reaction of the epoxy and carboxyl groups. (Brief on Appeal, page 6.)
