DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-7 and 9-16, all of the pending claims.
The invention is directed to a semiconductor device that
seeks to solve the problem of “punch-through” that occurs when a
through-hole is etched so deep as to cut through an anti-
