DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection
of claims 1 through 26, 29, and 30, which are the remaining
claims in the application.
The subject matter on appeal is represented by claim 1,
set forth below:
1. A charge transport layer, comprising a hydrazone
charge transport compound, C.I. Solvent Yellow 138 and an
ester-containing antioxidant.
