Appeal No. 2001-1057 Application No. 08/741,470 Claims 5, 8, 9, 12, 13, 16, 21, 24, 25, 28, 29, 32, 33, 36, 37, 40, 41, 44, 45, 48, 49 and 52 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102 (e) as anticipated by Anupam.1 Claims 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27, 30, 31, 34, 35, 38, 39, 42, 43, 46, 47, 50 and 51 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Anupam. Finally, all of the claims, 5-112, stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102 (e), as anticipated by, or, in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103, as unpatentable over, Anupam. Reference is made to the brief and answer for the respective positions of appellants and the examiner. OPINION We AFFIRM. 1 Presumably, claims 17 and 20 are also rejected on this ground.
