DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1, 3, 5-12 and 15, which are all of the
claims pending in the present application. Claims 2, 4, 13 and
14 have been canceled.
We reverse.
1 Application for patent filed January 25, 1999, which is a
continuation of the International Application No. PCT/DE97/01542, filed July
22, 1997, which claims the foreign filing priority benefit under 35 U.S.C.
§ 119 of German Application No. 196 29 766.4, filed July 23, 1996.
