Appeal No. 2002-0116 Page 2 Application No. 09/457,730 BACKGROUND The appellant's invention relates to a method for producing a fixture for holding a workpiece in a machining apparatus. A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief. Claims 21 and 23 to 30 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the Admitted Prior Art shown in Figures 1-4 of this application and discussed on pages 1-3 of the specification (the Admitted Prior Art) in view of U.S. Patent No. 6,017,025 to Balz et al (Balz).
