               The following rejections are before us for review.

          rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being                  
          indefinite.                                                                 


               Claims 6, 9, 11, 13 through 15, and 19 through 21 stand                
          rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by                   
          Brimmer.
