DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims
1 through 4, 8, 9, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 and 31.
The disclosed invention relates to an integrated circuit
that includes a DRAM device.
