CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claim 27 under 35 U.S.C. § 112 is affirmed, but
reversed with respect to the rejection of claims 1-8, 10-12, 14-
17 and 21-30 under 35 U.S.C. § 102.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
