DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1 through 7.
The invention relates to an electronic cash register that
registers sales of merchandise. See page 1 of the specification.
Appellant discloses on page 24 of the specification that figure
16 is a diagram showing an operational procedure for PLU special
registration effecting special registration of sales information.
