Interference No. 103,675 And, it falls squarely within either the "business records" or "catchall" exceptions to the hearsay rule, Fed. R. Evid.803(6) and (24) and is therefore admissible. By invoking the hearsay exceptions of the Federal Rules, Chen et al. have implicitly conceded that the documentary materials and testimony concerning said documentary materials sought to be excluded are hearsay under Federal Rule 802. Accordingly, the narrow issue for us to decide is whether or not Chen et al. have established that the documentary evidence falls within one of the hearsay exceptions set forth in the rules.
