CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claims 1-9, 23, 24, 27, 28, 33-35, 40 and 43 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed, but is affirmed with respect to the
35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 10-22, 25, 26 and 44.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
