                                             CONCLUSION                                                
                  In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner                               
            rejecting claims 1, 2, 24 and 25 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 is                                  
            affirmed, but is reversed with respect to the 35 U.S.C. § 102                              
            rejection of claims 7, 10, 14, 15 and 26 and the 35 U.S.C. § 103                           
            rejection of claims 4-6, 8, 9, 11-13 and 16-18.                                            
                  No time period for taking any subsequent action in                                   
            connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                                   
            § 1.136(a).
