DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 1-12.
The Invention
The invention relates to a method for use in video compression, see
appellant’s specification page1. Specifically the method is concerned with
finding a first block in a first image that corresponds to a second block in a
second image (reference image), see appellant’s specification page 6. A block
