Rejections At Issue
Claims 1, 3-5, 7-11, 14-15, 17-25, and 28-49 stand rejected
under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 1, as failing to comply with the written
description requirement as the claims contain subject matter
which was not described in the specification in such a way as to
reasonably convey to one skilled in the relevant art that the
inventors, at the time the application was filed, had possession
of the claimed invention.
Claims 1, 3-5, 7-11, 14-15, 17-25, and 28-49 stand rejected
under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 2, as being indefinite for failing to
particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter
which applicant regards as the invention.
Claims 1, 3, 7-11, 14-15, 17, 20-25, and 28-49 stand
rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being obvious over Wobber.
