DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 3, 4, and 9 through 15, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Appellants' invention relates to a disk cartridge formed from two types of thermoplastic resins with different heat deforming temperatures, an antistatic polymer, and an inorganic filler. As a result, the cartridge is antistatic and has excellent heat-resistance and rigidity.
