DECISION ON APPEAL
Joy L. Cantor appeals from the final rejection of claims 1
through 9, all of the claims pending in the application.
THE INVENTION
The invention relates to “a scented adhesive bandage”
(specification, page 1). Representative claims 1, 5 and 7 read
as follows:
1. An adhesive bandage adapted to be applied to a user’s
skin wound, the adhesive bandage comprising:
a flexible backing layer having a rear surface;
