appealed claims are:

Claims 1 to 18 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over
Wilke in view of Danek.
Claims 19 and 20 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable
over Wilke in view of Danek as applied to claim 18 above, and further in view of
Fukumura.
Rather than reiterate the conflicting viewpoints advanced by the examiner and
the appellants regarding the above-noted rejections, we make reference to the first
Office action (Paper No. 3, mailed July 27, 2001), the final rejection (Paper No. 5,
mailed May 10, 2002) and the answer (Paper No. 12, mailed June 19, 2003) for the
