We have also reviewed the reference to Fukumura additionally applied in the
rejection of claims 19 and 20 but find nothing therein which makes up for the
deficiencies of Wilke and Danek discussed above. Accordingly, the decision of the
examiner to reject claims 19 and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is also reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 20 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
