Claims 1-7, 9-18, 21-24, 26 and 27 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by DeVolpi. Claim 20 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Itoh. Claims 8, 19, 20 and 28 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over DeVolpi. Claims 1-28 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over La Salmonie in view of Itoh and DeVolpi.
