under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph as lacking descriptive
support in the application as filed; to reject claims 1, 3, 7,
10, 13, 21, 23 and 27 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by
Itoh; to reject claims 1-7, 9-18, 21-24, 26 and 27 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by DeVolpi; to reject claim 20
under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Itoh; to
reject claims 8, 19, 20 and 28 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over DeVolpi; and to reject claims 1-28 under
35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over La Salmonie in view
of Itoh and DeVolpi is reversed.
