                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This appeal is from the final rejection of claims 1-29,                
          which are all of the claims in the application.                             
                                    THE INVENTION                                     
               The appellants claim a heat sink assembly comprising a heat            
          conductive rod within an inner segmented cylinder defined by                
          troughs of a thermally conductive sheet which has been folded               
          into a generally cylindrical configuration having alternating               
          ridges and troughs.  Claim 1 is illustrative:
