               1. A heat sink assembly, comprising:                                   
                    a heat exchanging section including a thermally                   
               conductive sheet folded into alternating ridges and                    
               troughs defining spaced fins having opposite end edges,                
               said folded sheet being formed into a generally                        
               cylindrical configuration whereby the troughs form an                  
               inner segmented cylinder and the ridges form an outer                  
               segmented cylinder generally concentric with the inner                 
               cylinder; and                                                          
                    a heat conductive rod within said inner segmented                 
               cylinder defined by said troughs.

          14-17 over Allison ‘756, and claims 1, 5, 6, 8-10, 14-16, 18 and            
          19 over Grandmont.  The claims stand rejected as being obvious              
          under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as follows: claim 17 over Allison ‘756 or             
          Grandmont, claims 7, 20, 21 and 24-27 over Allison ‘756 in view             
          of Dean, claims 2, 11 and 21 over Grandmont in view of Hoffman,             
          claims 7, 20 and 24-19 over Grandmont in view of Dean, and                  
          claims 8, 9, 18, 19, 28 and 29 over Allison ‘756 in view of                 
          Allison ‘082 or Grandmont.
