The heat exchanger component as recited in claim 1 wherein a first fluid flows through said plurality of flow passages and a second fluid flows around said plurality of flow passages, and said first fluid and said second fluid exchange heat. 24. The refrigerant cycle as recited in claim 13 wherein said low surface energy substance is selected from the group consisting of polyetheretherketone and polysulfone. 28. The heat exchanger component as recited in claim 1 wherein said oil forms droplets on said low surface energy coating.
