Appeal No. 2004-1319 Application 09/933,329 Appellant’s invention relates to a wire connector fastening tool and method of using such a fastening tool to connect a plurality of wires to one another via a conventional wire connector of the type seen in Figures 5-7 of the present application. Independent claims 1, 10 and 18 are representative of the subject matter on appeal, and a copy of those claims can be found in the Appendix to appellant’s brief.
